1. General Policy
At Delthon, customer satisfaction is important to us.
Return and exchange of products is a right for all our customers and applies to all products available on our online store, in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined below.
2. Return & Exchange Conditions
Products may be returned or exchanged if:
The product is in its original condition at the time of purchase
The product is unused
The product is packed in its original packaging
The request is made within tow (2) days from the date of delivery for returns
The request is made within tow (2) days from the date of delivery for exchanges
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, opened or used cosmetic products may not be eligible for return unless defective.

Order number
Full name
City and delivery address
Clear photos of the product
If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, photographic proof is required before approval.
4. Defective or Incorrect Products
If the product received:
Is damaged
Has a manufacturing defect
Is completely different from the product shown on our website
The customer is entitled to:
A full refund
ORA replacement product
In case the product received is completely different from what was ordered, the full amount paid will be refunded.
5. Non-Eligible Returns
We are not responsible for:
Customer expectations not mentioned on the product page
Misuse of products
Results differing from personal expectations
Products without defects or issues cannot be returned without applicable deductions (see section below).
6. Refund Deductions
If the customer requests a return without any defect, damage, or error on our part:
30% of the product value will be deducted
ORA minimum deduction of 25 MAD
This deduction covers shipping, handling, and processing costs.
7. Refund Processing
After the product is received and inspected:
The refund will be processed within 7–14 business days
The refund will be issued using the original payment method
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
8. Important Notice
Delthon reserves the right to refuse returns that do not comply with the conditions stated above.
All return and exchange requests must be approved before sending back any product.
